The Janery Return Policy
Our products are designed to make your home and your pets’ lives more fabulous.
We want you to love your Janery products as much as we love making them - and we stand behind every stitch.
It’s why we source the best fabrics and double stitch our seams. It’s also why we provide free fabric swatches for color matching and why we created a detailed sizing guide just for you. After all, knowing exactly what you are getting is half the fun of getting it!
That said, if you aren’t delighted with your Janery order, tell us. We’ll do what we can to make it right.
Here’s what you need to know to make the most of our return policy.
- We will gladly provide returns or exchanges for merchandise within 30 business days of product delivery*.

To ensure you receive the full purchase value for your exchange, all parts of the product must be in new, unused condition and free of pet hair, stains, and smells.

Products that are dirty or damaged, and can not be resold, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipment, and your original shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
